According to Choice Hotels, hotels that achieve the prestigious Platinum Award represent the top 3% of hotels within each Choice brand. The awards are based on a ranking system that measures guest satisfaction, product quality, room condition, cleanliness and staff service. These properties have a proven track record of providing exceptional guest service and facilities. 
The Comfort Inn & Suites Branson Meadows has won the Platinum Award a record 13 times! This hotel has also won the Comfort Hotel of the Year from Choice Hotels International 6 times. The Quality Inn West has received the Platinum Award six times and has also been a Hotel of the Year finalist several times as well. Both hotels are well-deserving of these awards.
